At the time, Bill recognized a need for a quality oriented building maintenance and janitorial company in Staten Island — one equipped with the skills, personnel and equipment to provide the professional service our local businesses deserve.

Armed with a small array of chemicals and equipment, Bill went to work. Over time, a team was created who would share his vision and duplicate his efforts. Bill's personal integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction has yielded substantial business and reputation growth ever since.
